Does Wingit cover domestic flights?
Last updated: 1 June 2025
No. Wingit exclusively covers international round-trip flights departing from Indian airports.
What we don't cover:
- Domestic India routes (Delhi → Mumbai, Mumbai → Bengaluru, etc.)
- One-way international flights
- Multi-city international itineraries
- Flights departing from outside India
Why only international?
The savings on international flights are where Wingit adds the most value. A 30% discount on a ₹4,000 domestic ticket saves you ₹1,200. A 30% discount on a ₹45,000 international business class ticket saves you ₹13,500. The absolute value of international deals — particularly in business and first class — is significantly larger.
Domestic pricing is also more stable and competitive. SpiceJet, IndiGo, Air India, and Akasa Air run aggressive sales year-round on domestic routes that are well-publicised. International pricing is less transparent, more volatile, and harder for individual travellers to monitor — which is exactly where Wingit's monitoring adds value.
Will domestic flights be added?
We're focused on international deals for now. If this is something you'd like to see, reach out to support@wingitdeals.com — user feedback shapes our roadmap.
