1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wingit (the “Service”) — including the website at wingitdeals.com, the iOS app, and the Android app — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Wingit, with its principal place of business in New Delhi, India (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wingit regarding your use of the Service.
This agreement is solely between you and Wingit. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and bear no responsibility for the Service or its content. See Section 13 for additional Apple App Store terms.
2. Description of Service
Wingit is a flight deal intelligence and alert service. We monitor airfare prices from Indian airports, identify fares that are significantly below their historical average, and notify subscribed members via email, push notification, WhatsApp, and/or SMS.
Wingit is not a travel agency. We do not sell airline tickets, issue bookings, process payments for flights, or act as an intermediary between you and any airline or online travel agency. All bookings are made directly by you on the airline's website or a third-party booking platform of your choice. We have no responsibility or liability for any booking you make.
Flight prices are dynamic and may change or disappear at any time. We do not guarantee that any fare displayed or alerted will be available at the time you attempt to book.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must not use the Service.
The Service is primarily intended for travellers departing from airports in India. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.
4. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@wingitdeals.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time from within the Wingit app (Settings → Delete Account) or via wingitdeals.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Subscription & Billing
Wingit offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. The name, length, and price per billing period of the Pro plan are displayed on our Subscribe page. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Web subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. Payment is charged to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase and automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple. By confirming a purchase, you authorise Apple to charge your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. For more information, see Apple's billing support.
Android subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions.
Links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms are available from within the app's purchase screen. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to both.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access to Pro features continues until that date.
- To cancel a web subscription, contact us at support@wingitdeals.com or use your account settings page.
- To cancel an iOS subscription, manage it through your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
- To cancel an Android subscription, manage it through Google Play > Subscriptions.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a billing error or a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. For further details, see our Refund Policy. Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means without our express written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any related systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit alert content without our written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software — are the property of Wingit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules where applicable. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Any third-party claim of intellectual property infringement relating to the Service is the sole responsibility of Wingit.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No warranty. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Wingit — not Apple or Google — is solely responsible for any warranty claims arising from use of the Service.
Fare accuracy. Flight prices and availability are sourced from third-party APIs and change in real time. We make no guarantee that any fare will be available at the advertised price when you attempt to book. Always verify the current price directly with the airline or booking platform before purchasing.
Visa and travel information. Any visa or travel requirement information provided on the Service is for general guidance only and may not be current or accurate. It is your responsibility to verify visa, passport, and entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking or travelling.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any losses arising from missed flight deals, booking decisions, or travel disruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple (for iOS purchases) to request a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are Wingit's sole responsibility.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, airlines, and online travel agencies. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
The Service also integrates third-party platforms including Razorpay (payments), Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Expo (push notifications), and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. Wingit — not Apple or Google — is responsible for addressing any product claims you or any third party may have relating to the Service.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
Any claim you have against Wingit must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which it is permanently barred.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Additional Terms — Apple App Store
This section applies only to your use of the Wingit iOS app downloaded from the Apple App Store. The following terms supplement these Terms and are required by Apple:
- Parties. This licence agreement is between you and Wingit only, not Apple. Wingit — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you for the Wingit iOS app is a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. Wingit — not Apple — is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranty. Wingit is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. All other warranty claims are Wingit's sole responsibility.
- Product claims. Wingit — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Wingit — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
