How do I update my travel style?

Your travel style controls which cabin classes appear in your Wingit deal feed and alerts. Here's what each option means and how to change it.

Travel style options

• Budget — You'll see Economy (M) deals only. Most frequent deal volume. Best if you're primarily interested in the cheapest international fares.
• Comfort — You'll see Economy (M), Premium Economy (W), and Business (C) deals. A balance of frequency and premium options.
• Luxury — You'll see Business (C) and First Class (F) deals. Lower alert volume, but deals here represent the largest absolute savings per person.

Important: this is a notification preference, not an access restriction

Travel style filters which deals appear in your personal feed and which alerts are sent to you. It does not restrict which deal pages you can view. Any Wingit user can open any deal link — all deals are free and visible to everyone.

How to update

On mobile:

1. 1Open the Wingit app → tap Profile
2. 2Tap Travel Preferences
3. 3Tap Travel Style
4. 4Select Budget, Comfort, or Luxury
5. 5Save — takes effect immediately

On web:

1. 1Sign in and go to /profile
2. 2Find the Travel Preferences section
3. 3Update Travel Style and save

Which should I choose?

If you've never flown business or first class and aren't planning to, choose Budget or Comfort — you'll get more frequent alerts. If you travel for work, have miles to top up with cash purchases, or are open to splurging on a premium fare when the deal is genuinely exceptional, Luxury or Comfort will surface those opportunities.
