Is Wingit free?

Yes, completely. There are no tiers, no premium plan, no subscription fees. Every deal — economy, business, first class — is visible to every user at no cost. We earn an affiliate commission when you book through our links, which is how we fund the service. This commission comes from the airline or booking platform, not from you.

Does Wingit book flights for me?

No. Wingit finds and curates deals. When you tap "Book Now," you're redirected to the airline or a booking platform where you complete the booking directly. Wingit never handles your payment or issues tickets.

Which airports does Wingit cover?

Eight Indian airports: Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM), Bengaluru (BLR), Kolkata (CCU), Chennai (MAA), Ahmedabad (AMD), Hyderabad (HYD), and Kochi (COK). International departures only.

How often are deal alerts sent?

Wingit sends alerts whenever a genuine deal is found and approved — not on a fixed schedule. Some weeks you may receive multiple alerts; in quiet periods, fewer. Deal frequency depends on what the airlines are doing with fares, not on a Wingit publishing calendar.

What's the minimum discount to qualify as a deal?

Fares must be at least 15–30% below the historical average price for that route in that travel month. We use months of accumulated pricing data per route and cabin class, so the threshold is meaningful and seasonally adjusted.

Do deals include baggage allowance?

Baggage information is shown on the deal page when it's available. However, Wingit's data source doesn't always include per-flight baggage details — when it's not shown, we recommend checking directly with the airline before booking.

What cabin classes does Wingit cover?

All four: Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class. Your travel style preference (Budget / Comfort / Luxury) in your profile controls which classes appear in your feed.

Is Wingit available for travellers outside India?

Currently, Wingit covers international flights departing from Indian airports only. We don't cover departures from other countries. If you're a non-resident Indian (NRI) or planning a trip that starts abroad, Wingit deals won't apply to your outbound leg.

Can I use Wingit without the mobile app?

Yes. The full Wingit experience is available at wingitdeals.com. The mobile app adds push notifications (faster than email) and the Wishlist tab, but everything else — browsing deals, managing your profile, signing up — works on the web.
