How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Unsubscribing from Wingit deal alert emails is instant and takes one click.

The easiest way: unsubscribe link in the email

Every Wingit deal alert email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. Click it and you're immediately removed from email alerts. No confirmation email, no waiting period — it takes effect instantly.

From your profile

1. 1Sign in to Wingit on web or mobile
2. 2Go to Profile → Notification Preferences
3. 3Toggle Email Alerts off
4. 4Save

What happens after unsubscribing

• You stop receiving deal alert emails immediately
• Your account remains active — you can still log in and browse deals
• Push notifications and WhatsApp alerts (if enabled) continue unaffected
• Your wishlist and preferences are preserved

Re-subscribing to emails

Changed your mind? Re-enable email alerts at any time:

1. 1Sign in to Wingit
2. 2Go to Profile → Notification Preferences
3. 3Toggle Email Alerts back on

Alternatively, at the bottom of any Wingit unsubscribe confirmation page, there's a direct re-subscribe link.

Unsubscribing from WhatsApp or SMS

Email opt-out only affects email. To stop WhatsApp or SMS alerts, go to Profile → Notification Preferences and toggle those channels off individually.

Does unsubscribing delete my account?

No. Unsubscribing from emails only turns off the email channel. Your Wingit account, wishlist, and preferences remain intact. To permanently remove your account, see How do I delete my account?
