How do I keep Wingit emails out of spam?

Last updated: 1 June 2025

The most reliable way to keep Wingit emails in your inbox is to add alerts@wingitdeals.com to your contacts. Here's how to do that — and how to rescue emails that have already landed in spam — for the most common email providers.

Gmail

To whitelist: Open any Wingit email → click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right → select "Filter messages like this" → click "Create filter" → tick "Never send it to Spam" → click "Create filter."

If already in spam: Open the Wingit email in your Spam folder → click "Not spam" → the email moves to your inbox, and future emails from this sender will be less likely to go to spam.

Add to contacts: Open a Wingit email → hover over the sender name → click "Add to contacts."

Outlook / Hotmail

To whitelist: Right-click any Wingit email → "Move to" → "Not junk." Alternatively: Settings → Junk Email → Safe senders and domains → Add alerts@wingitdeals.com.

Yahoo Mail

Open any Wingit email in spam → click "Not Spam." To add to safe list: Settings → Security and Privacy → Add alerts@wingitdeals.com to "Safe Senders."

Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad/Mac)

Open a Wingit email → tap the sender name → tap "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs." VIP mail is highlighted and unlikely to be filtered.

General tips

  • Open and engage with Wingit emails (click through, don't just delete) — this signals to your email provider that our mail is wanted
  • Reply to a Wingit email at least once — email providers rarely send mail from senders you've replied to into spam
  • If you're on a corporate email, your IT department may have blocked external mail — contact them to whitelist our domain (wingitdeals.com)
